I cannot hide from the beasts that roam the halls
Ones that used to sing and dance, for me
My mind is twisted
Things are different
This is not who you're meant to be
You're only figments in my mind
So please just leave me be

My world's been changed forever
Since that accident so dear
It's the reason I am here
Every step I tred with fear
I'm trapped inside my room
But I'm unsure of my doom

What is peeking through that door

This is not the safe haven that I know
The sounds of whiskers
They're like bristles
Giving me a stunning chill
The Cat and Rat are back again
But this time they thirst to kill
