I would appreciate any comments or corrections being emailed or posted, and questions can be mailed straight to me. I've checked it out fairly well, but it seems I usually miss something tiny. :-( Also, this appears to have come out a bit wider that 80 columns, so if you have the luxury of using a *really* small font, please do so, especially to print. Sorry this is so long. It just seemed it had to be that way. I tried to make it as short as possible without (hopefully) making it confusing.
