Mama's Worried

Mama's worried all the time
She tells everyone she’s fine
But she's hurting bad and worried so

There’s a rumbling below
I don't see, an unnatural glow
People with nowhere to go
And nothing in their eyes
We ain't seen daddy for a while
He walked away, his worried smile
Was the memory he gave to me

They look at us and turn up their nose

She starts singing in the morning
