The Red Flower

The fall
It's the last thing I remember
Memories tear apart my soul
Consumed by the endless burning fire
My body turns again to ashes

Revealing ruined bones
I'm falling to the darkest place
Where light causes pain
And darkness brings solace
Into a place which deprives one of faith
Erases memories
Which leads to madness
And effaces the boundary
Between people and beasts

The Red Goddess
Her shrine shrouds all the memories
She is the key to the gate of unending Agony
She is the answer!

The road that I must follow
The path that I must take

The trail of the red flower
What challenge will subdue my mistake

A foul stench resides
From deep down inside
The petals of the flower
Blood ridden as dye
Whose aroma is deadly
To all living beings

Your five senses removed
Pure nothingness
The Red Goddess
Claims her temporary vessel

Down here you are nothing but a pawn
A resting place
A feeding place
For her mighty goddess
Once she has you
There's no returning
She'll leave you lifeless
But you'll never rot
This is eternity
This is true suffering
