They whisper in my corners
Voices sweet as poisoned wine–
Telling me the world is easier
If I just stop drawing lines
Every step feels like a gamble
Every breath a tug-of-war–
I'm walking through a thousand mirrors
That don't show me anymore

And I'm scared of who I'm becoming
In the echo of their schemes
'Cause the darker path is tempting
But it's not the one I need
Pull me from my shadows

That's convincing me to fold
They're calling me to crumble

They offer me their shortcuts
Paint their sins in silver shine–
Say the rules don't really matter

Pull me closer to the edge–
