I Shot That Kid

he was a fucking boy scout
he lived close to me
i thought it would be funny if he died
so i shot him in the street
he was growing his hair out long
so he could have it all cut off
and get made into a wig
and give it some dude with cancer

i shot that fucking kid. it was on the news
everybody wondered what this world was coming to
people were crying where he died on the path
i drove by playing "new corpse" by Acid Bath

he was walking home from the store
i had my gun drawn
he looked like a fucking weblo
everyone's sad that he's gone
his friends and family made a memorial
on the spot where he was slain
one night when no one was around
i set it on fire
