Aiming for the waterfront
I felt like quite an enthusiast
Silence never came
I sat writing our names
In the sand that the backwash took first
We do need each others company
If only to describe
Mountains shape steep
Like giant bodies sleep
Covered by a sheet that runs for miles

Sing sleepy golden storm
We have other lives we live together while
In this one we woke up boisterous and we tried
With our busy hands on strangers lens
Our breathes are held enticed
Left on the headlights in the middle of the night
Though the darkness holds the prettiest of sights
Oh your eyes can't be denied
They see the tiniest of lies
You and I have decided to try to avoid
You and I, have been doing just fine
Drinking others wine, preoccupied
