I chose to write on a Saturday night
When I could have been out, could have been smoked out
Instead I'm here with you, and microwave dinners
It feels good just being me

This is me just standing up for myself
What's the scene what's the new cliche bullshit
What's the hype hyperventilate
My minds set on it
Set on stying home tonight

And I'm just fine with just you by my side

I'd like to stay home
Just with a friend or two
Watching Grounded For life
What more do I want to do
Munching on some tacos
As we lay here on my couch
There's nothing nothing that can stop us
The outside world can not hold us down
