How are you, GI Joe?
It seems to me that most of you are poorly informed about the going of the war,
to say nothing about a correct explanation of your presence over here.
Nothing is more confused than to be ordered into a war,
to die or to be maimed for life
without the faintest idea of what's going on.
Isn't it clear that this war...
it is tearing up your life, while pocketing huge profit.

Can you see the darkness
move across the land?
Can you feel the wind blow?
Sweeps around your feet
An evil wind blows
upon your king and your church
You will be forced to fight it
though you don?t understand

Feel the wind, the wind of hate.
The world is changing now
Can?t you all see?
Desire and greed? corruption- your faith
You can?t stop it now
- spinning to fast

Now the wind is turning
No use to fight it now
In your heart you feel it
Tears your soul apart
Screaming silence
No one hears and no one sees
You?re just a puppet you fool

You see the only solution
Your master?s calling you now
Your life?s a mess and you know it
but you don?t seem to care
You want to end it
all the injustice in the world
There?s nothing you can do about it
