Stoned To Death

Flying through the skies
Closing pyramid's eyes
Holy jewels in threat of fire
To serve the scaly God's desire

Peasants in the town conspire
Worshipped warriors fit to die
A sickly merchant hair of wire
His portrait paints this sky so vile

Descending cracking bones of fear
'Til now a brave young whip appears
Sharp clear void of scathing rock
The scaled black beast without revere

The valiant warrior rips his chalice
Now huff his mighty milky cloud
Fowl beast be slain from baker's tongue
Man's cotton bow said 'clear his lung'

His shadow so dark turns to stone
Face of the riders forlorn
Watch as his hatred reigns down now it's known
The only way out is through fire breathing hounds

The black knight breathes fear only one will survive
Unholy angels released from their hive
Begging for mercy daylight far behind
He's watching
He's waiting

Take my knife
Chain my hands
One mighty thrust
End his life

A chalice of blood and an axe weighs him down
Walking the cave where the beast holds his crown
A blade to the heart a way out brings new breath
He will be stoned
