Monolatry

With rotting hands and withered eyes I kneel before thee lord
My blistered tongue and failing heart now sings false praises
Hosanna! Praise to kings unseen!
Worship the word of Pharisees and hypocrisy
One God! One Faith! A Priori!
These words be disdained--these lies from Eden remain
Drenched in sin, disharmonies and sexual fantasies
New gods rise yet not touch the sky
Live lust, feast hate, despair menstruate
Goddess despair tyrannize!

The failed god, the despot god
From man you came, and with men you'll die
I seek to ruin this world

Chaos, black universe
My spiteful madness, mankind aversion
The feeble minds of flocks succumb to religion
Deceiving, ostentatious--we are God's image

No blessed ones, no Father
Crush the pious men dissolve what church began
Worship what Christ deemed sin

Awaken carnal presence
The cage of morality, must be undone
From instinct to act, malicious pursuit
I'll touch and taste the angel, I'll rape, my obsession...

And from dust new idols arise
As the beast stares into her eyes

Captivation...Adoration...Lechery! Treachery!
We care...
We love...
We kneel...
But we sin...

I reject the righteous path, the law, the Lord
To fornicate, in the valley of the shadow of death

From black stares--an abhorrence of lust
Is a window into a christened soul
Yet a reverent watch and a trusting pursuit
Cannot penetrate this façade, this mask
Into his eyes...
Into her eyes...

Let the discharge of the unclean drip onto our faces
I see the idol before me--that I worship
And from this Idolater I shall become the adulterer, the deceiver, the lecher
The hater of mankind
And to those who stand before--to those who preach truth
I'll storm my sermon of hate

Obsession!
