Death Transmutation

Black wall
Barrier
Gulf between being and annihilation
Look beyond with eyes of flame

Through the staffs and snakes I flow
To produce a flame of pure death

Drawing me back
For this land is dust and formlessness
Shades of the dead
Blown like ash on the wind

Lament their wretched fate
Not to walk in flesh again
Shall death contain a soul,
A fire with the will to return?

Bitter catalyst indeed
To begin such a transformation
A hate beyond all reckoning
To stretch between the states

Smashing the wheel of Karma
Rampaging back into reality

Vistas from beyond
Reflected in cold dead eyes
What prism could calculate or contain them?
