A swollen head
from the pressure inside
My skin starts to burn
blood spray around
The intense pain
of an exploding brain
Pieces of flesh with bones
falling on the floor
My mouth is gore
but my eyes still see
What the hell is that mess on the floor!?!?!
I can't believe my eyes
It's my fucking head!
but for god's sake what is that thing on my neck?
I look in the mirror
And what do i see
A large tumor head
Took control
I got a tumorhead
It looks like a ball of vomit
