They say I'm seeing things, my medicine should start to work now
They cannot see the hell I'm in, it's easier to knock me out

And the perception of my mind, it's always different, they say
But as I walk into the dark these images fool me again

Another day stuck in the thought
Of letting go of this sick world

Until there's no way to return

If this is so real to my eyes
So it should be for everyone
