Wayward on the tracks
My train of thought will never be
Tamed by beast nor man
Taught to understand

Comprehension, a distant land
Interpretation, far from bland
Burning confusion starts the fire
Dancing flames of red so deep
Take my breath and leave me weak
Worship I am deaf, dumb, blind

Waning trees creak on
Ancient sound so deafening
Wooden ears can't hear
Through splinters sunk so deep

Eyes and ears and

Hesitantly I'm content
Unconsciously I'm in suspense
On which perception, can't decide
Knowing if I move from here
All I know will disappear
A risk, for which, I'm grateful now
