Em7 022033 At times, only a single bass note is played between chord changes. There's places in the song where the chords transition quickly (ie the Em7 D Cadd9 found in the second half of most verses) -- here you can play the chord or just the bass note D, either will work. The chords found in the intro are a little more "crunchy" and seem to be played without thirds. Cadd9 becomes x3x033, G becomes 3x0033, D becomes xx023x if you choose to play them this way.
