Tex Ritter wrote his name and he's in the Hall of Fame
The Osborne Brother and the Glasers too
And so many Hanks I couldn't read them all
Will there be space for me on Tootsie's wall

Then I've wrote a song and the I recorded it
Guess what happened the darn thing was a hit
And I knew I'd found success cause after all
Yesterday they wrote my name on Tootsie's wall

Minnie Pearl and Patsy Cline was up there too
