This is only the main melody of the 
theme, not the whole song.

The Dm7 is not necessary, but it 
sounds nice if you play it right 
after the Dm.

Instead of the Em7 you can also play
 Cmaj7 (for the guitar this is even 
the better chord).
For my ears Em7 gives the best sound
 on the ukulele.
Instead of the single notes between 
                              Csus4
the Ha - Ha you can also play Csus4.
 Not like the
original but easy to play.
