The chorus is very simple, the drums
 and bass are the
dominant sound, guitar is simply the
 same tune as vocals:

It actually sounds better to play 
the whole chorus on the
G string if you are using an 
acoustic. Instead of starting
on the 5th fret of the B string, 
start on the 9th fret of
G string
