Growing A Beard

I am growing a beard
I hope it isn't weird
When i look into the mirror
Will i recognize myself?
I don't want to look like someone else
I'm just trying to stay warm

I made a fire, one with a purpose
Everything i didn't need went inside it
And in the morning i felt so much better
Moving forward with next to nothing helps

I wish someone told me this was going to happen
But it was probably better that way
What is a life without any lessons?
What is a story without a happy end?
