Hivemind of craven mortals
United though divided
So addicted to collective cogitation
Thou hast poisoned their minds

Oh, they drank from the river
Their countenances so sardonic
Oh, they drank their erstwhile souls
Mirroring their trepidation

So many names you have:
arrogance, supremacy
So many times you have endured
sacramental ceremonies
So many henchmen you have feinted
impaled holiness crucifixion
So many aeons you have betrayed
Emperor of caducity

As they believe in the wrong
So forlorn, so endeavoured to obey
Their way is led by this one single banner
Borne by the eternal hypocrite

So they had to forfeit
Oh, apocalypse was summoned
To give them inducement for their fear
Oh, and so their souls were obscured

And that is
the essence of eclipse
