Of Crawling Chaos

Hideous distress, widespread and all-embracing
imagined in terrible phantasms of the night
mentioned in prophecies never enunciated
sense of monstrous guilt upon the land

Chill currents sweeping out of the abyss
demoniac alteration in the sequence of time
risen of the blackness of twenty seven centuries
shrieks horribly disturb the pale moon

Of crawling chaos

Peering from behind fallen monuments
the black dominion of the ancient dimensions
crumbling against a sickly sky.
beholding the key to blasphemous outer spheres

A sickened sensitive shadow of lust
writhing in hands that are not hands
whirled blindly past midnights of rotting creation
charnel winds that brush the pallid stars
