What Makes a Life Good?

Feel like I'm at this age where I've lived long enough to stress
And have a few regrets
But I'm not done growing up, and I know I still got so much ahead
Making the most of what's left
Yeah, I can feel a little lost
On what I should focus on

Loving somebody, making lots of money

Chasing a thrill or wanting the familiar?

Always had this idea that
If I could check off every box, I'd never end up lost
And never hurt anybody
Never make a big mistake
It'd all just fall right into place
That would satisfy this craving
But the definition keeps on changing

Is it learning to be tougher?
Holding onto hope when your world loses all the color
Is it finding out what's out there?
Is it staying close to home?
Is it being okay being on your own?
