Before you judge somebody, you've gotta' judge yourself
You're a ticking time bomb; it's affecting your health
Wasting all your time and you've gotta' stay on task
You're a hijacked train and you're running off track

You never go out, you're always at home
You turn to drugs, and you're always alone
My question is 'when will this stop?'
Time's running out - keep your eye on the clock

You're losing your mind; you're killing your soul
Everybody's worried that you're getting out of control
But no one steps in to save you
You sit in your room; you're fading away
You're getting worse every single day
Only you know the solution

You look in the mirror but don't like what you see
You only have your solitude - that's good enough for me
You ask yourself the question, 'what are you living for?'
Your existence is a joke and the answers aren't sure

You used to have friends, but that didn't last
Today's a new day and that was the past
There is still hope, now will you give in
Do it for you and do it for them
