The Body Is Me

There's nothing inside, no mind
no spark of consciousness
just the body the way it is
a body eternal

The body we all know is what it is
but the mind claims to be the origin
from which everything erupts, that is alive
the be all the end all and energy itself. Ha!

and you Socrates, Epicurus, Kant and Descartes
I say: there is no mind without body
