Lady Moon

I welcome the silence
and the night winds breeze
Again with a head bend down
and I feel you watching me
Nobody else can see me
On the balcony I stand
Holding a wedding ring
so heavy in my hand

You are the guidance, you are the light
You are the force, that keeps me alive
with the grace you soothe this fractured man
A gentle glow as you reflect the sun

If I´m firm enough
I really cannot tell
I had a wish to make for the star that fell
I will burn some bridges
The one thing that I prayed for
if the winds could change the stars be in my favor

By these sleepless nights, I´ve began to see
You have raised strength and bravour in me
As the shade is to flee, your face is revealed

To forget is the greatest of blessings
But it seems that it´ll never releave me
Half of my still travels in the sky
Moon madness of a highest degree

The things of beaty can cruelly twist one´s mind
