Another day another plan, another text
Another half-baked excuse to push this weekend to the next
She left me hanging so long, I still have sores on my neck
Next to her, a gallow’s looking like a pretty safe bet
So like our plans, I plan on slipping through the cracks
I won’t be telling her why, no

Because an explanation shows
An ounce of dedication
No communication yeah
It’s hypocritical that she hates this, ain’t it?
But if I choose to throw a fit, then I'm no better
'Cause getting angry wastes even more of my time and effort

But whether or not I choose to be free’s on me
And she could choose to apologize
If she doesn’t then she’s just another waste of time
