I don't know what to say
This love-hate is too much
It's been going on to long
And I've worked to hard
My energy is gone
And my thoughts are thinning
For some reason
The reasons escape me
And my arguments fail
I'm thriving on the extremes
No way I coming off of this
Hours spent thinking
The same meaningless thoughts
Writing them down
And seeing my life
My passions
My ideals
Destroyed by your words
Brushed off like scrap
Maybe to be used another day
I tired of you disparaging words
I keep asking the question
