Above The Sins - Part II: The Remains of Myself

We pray to idols we could never see
(and) feel sorrow for the unbeliever...
The time conspires against the strong
While he prays to himself...
Feeling alone and abandoned inside
Surrounded by so many like me...
The struggle within...
I always believed that the mirror could lie...

For days and days I await...
Wait for the time to wake up

Inside my soul I can feel all this cold
That seems to warm up all around me...
The nightmare's inside
I live for the day when I can see all signs...
Marching on, the tragedy arises over me
And my heart beats stronger and stronger
With fear and doubt throwing shadows
Over my soul I can see...

I see the remains of myself
So many wounds never heal

Up the purple skies
Those dense clouds look standstill so high
If our eyes weren't blind
We could tell, there's a sun shining behind
That's a war we can't win
Although, we're damned to fight repeating sins
No matter if we run away
I know for sure, we're gonna fight another day...
