Packed, my little suitcase
It's brown and lined with blue
That you once used
One of a set of four,
That went from big to small
They belong together

Packed my little suitcase
It's brown and lined with blue
That once belonged to you
The big one for your suits,
The little one for your shoes
Too big for me to use

If I were to travel
To some new place
Could I walk away from
Feelings I can't face?

Packed my little suitcase
Its handle old and used and
worn into
The indent of your strong hand
Can feel each time I grip this bag
That I now carry

If I were to travel
To some new place
Will I find a new home
Or just more empty space?
