Bad For Me

I eat too much or not enough
Same with sleep and same with love
I've always had a thing for the extremes
I overshare just to connect
To strangers on the internet

But haven't texted my friends back in weeks
They say, everything in moderation
But it's not as entertaining
All or nothing's all I've ever known
Old habits die hard

And I keep making it harder
Every time I try a new extreme
I take it too far
And then a little bit farther
