Who is that lying on my bed?
She looks so hopeless and distant
With her eyes glazed like ice

It’s hard to recognize that face
That used belong to me

What took away the joy of her smile?

I’m tired of crying
But it doesn’t help me fall asleep

And every time I try to close my eyes the nightmares about falling down
Are shaking me awake

The feeling of irrelevance
Has paralyzed her and she can’t
Move herself, it’s like a spell

No one can hear the voice of tears
If there are no ears to hear

Alone she tries to cope with no hope
