Hanging upside down
Pitch black, my legs are bound, I can't control my heart rate
I lift my right hand
And reach up
For the lighter I keep in my pocket
Banished to the edge of the light into darkness
The shadows now have eyes

Suddenly I hear
Voices echoing
They are chanting in languages I can’t understand
They are getting closer and I know that they are coming for me
