The first part is played rather quickly (like triplets), while the second measure slows down on the bass notes to give it a real blues feeling. Its in 4/4 time, but you can feel it out and play it however you like. I also like to play the fast begining part, and then fiddle around with some improv using scales in the second measure. Enjoy!
