One day, you're a hurricane kissin' my face
Next, you're a whisper that's lost in the haze
You burn like the Sun, then you're cold as the Moon
I never know which version of you

You're poetry written in broken lines
A heart with too many fault lines
I try to hold on, but you're made of smoke
You laugh, then you choke

You're walking on shifting ground
Pull me in just to push me down
Every smile's a warning sign
Every hug's a borderline
You're thunder, then you're rain
A symphony of pain
But I stay, I stay

Your love's a maze with a missing key
Your silence screams louder than anything
You're a storm wrapped in satin and lace
Beautiful chaos I can't escape

You're fireworks set off in the night
But gone by the morning light
You say you love me, then disappear
I'm holding on to fear

Every kiss is a loaded gun
Every touch, I come undone
