Purgatory Within: The Oracle

In a place that no one's ever been,
the silence dissolves my soul.
Nothing moves, nothing sounds,
nothing is my goal.
I've lost will, and sight and spell
though Saturn lies ahead.
A pointless struggle to survive,
just to end up dead.
Swallowed by a cosmos that despises me,
an ocean of planets and stardogged moons.
My fate lies etched in the vaults of destiny,
a fate that will befall me soon....

"Awake! Pick up the remnants of your scattered life.
You are at odds with a force of the cosmos.
A force you must vanquish in order to carry on.

My senses are awakened by an icy breeze,
