I used to spent all my time
Selling motley shells on the shore
My pride and importance
I feel them for certain
But I can't go this way any more

Everything seems to be right
So why do I wake in the night?
My life is a straight line
I've wrapped myself too tight

I am invisible
I'm dust on your boot
But it won't take much time
And I'll make your route

I scrutinized their lives
But all in all there's nothing to learn
I ran from myself
Let my memories burn
Throw the dust, where I'll never return

Everything seems to be right
And I stay in perfect tune
Just another coil of a thread
In my cocoon
