I Got This Neighbor

This guy just moved next door to me and
I think he's kind of strange
I got this neighbor who wears shiny black boots
and a big brass belt buckle with a big white beard
and tiny wire rim glasses with lots of short friends
Who wear pointy little shoes who sends reindeer
Out to get his paper who gets a ton of mail
Mostly written in crayon who when I say "hi"
He says "ho ho ho!" Who's a little overweight
But he seems pretty well natured
I think he eats a little too much milk and cookies
Who always seems to disappear round late December
I'll bet he's visiting his family it's probably
The only thing he does that's slightly normal
