Stones And Earth

Not any longer
Stones and earth are upon me
But, I am free here
The air is hot and the walls are steaming

I am on the way
I feel the earth upon my shoulders
I find the stairs
Eleven steps I know - I'll climb and reach it

Invisible
How far will they take me?
These are high steps
The light is at the end

I feel I am moving
Or maybe it's just the world? Sometimes I wonder
The Moon and the Sun
Dance around my head or am I spinning?

I am on the way
I feel the earth beneath my wonder
I climb the stairs
Although, I know, I'm lost - I feel much stronger
