Clinical savagery

Squeezed until the last drop
Deadly deceitful surgery
God complex rules his will
Corruption in the flesh

Anesthesia is vanishing
Unlocking the doors
Of their hell in earth
Aftermath awaking mutilated
Deprived of some internal organs
Without any reason
