Down a narrow threshold
Just a shady bit of white
From across the distance
Never leaves, she's always here

Trapped inside the manor
The streets she walked so long ago
Through the same dark corners
No one else knows them so well

Make no sound
Shapeless was the end

Pavements, cars on each side

She can still remember
