As it all comes down I look around at the ashes
And the emptiness surrounding me

Cold winds make me shiver anticipating the answer

Open a door that leads into a maze
Long distant abandoned hallways

Lighter burns your thumb
Illumination
As you strain to see the words written on the tombstone
And know
Your mind is everywhere
It's all wrapped up in a ball of string

She looks in through the window
She's knocking
She won't wait here forever

You reach out to them as you fall to the ground
Your heart is so heavy it pulls you down
And holds you down

So low
Back at home in the bathroom is the dim-lit mirror
The eyes are waiting there
