You pushed your blade through my skin
Ripped my hopes, stole my dreams
Consumed my heart, broke my will
I'm sacrificed to winter's chill
Froze me dry for the kill, a sacrifice to naked steel!

I will take a deep breath
Throw away the fool's cap
As I rise there will be nothing left
Feel no fear nor regret see my eyes turning black
When darkness comes there is no turning back!

Never would you try and catch lightning that just falls
Never think to silence thunder right now as it roars

Stormchild! My blood sings to me who I am!
Stormchild! Free I was born so I'll end!

Wind's rising up in the north, strength of giants, wits of gods
Born in a cradle of snow, do not burn but I glow!
But in these veins it still burns, in these veins it still runs
I am the wolf... I swallow suns...risen once...
Follow me! Cry and bleed...turn!
And to sparks you will freeze!
