Lethargic Dreams

I hear steps walking up the stairs
Jump out of the window
I find myself running on the green grass
Of the city square.

Suddenly the night falls down,
The moon is bloody red
And the stars are falling from the skies against our heads.

I see floating eyes in the darkness
Hands rise from the floor
Pushing me down.

Do you live another life with lethargic dreams?
Or do you live a lie
In a deep sleep at nightfall.

I see a river of blood,
And limbs everywhere.
Skulls smiling and crying for me
I scream out and I hear no voice.
No humming sound can be heard,
As I run I just don't move.
I look behind it's getting closer.
Something is trying to catch me.
I don't know what it is,
But I'm scared,
And I wish I could cry for help,
Or could cry for mercy.
I just can't believe it's not reality.

The siren song, is calling for you.
The reaper is coming here to take your soul away.

I am the reaper, your judge and executioner.
The one who'll lead you to your final rest or eternal pain.
