The Everlasting

And so the morning comes
Through forest trees the rays of light
They hit me in the soul
I´m full of passion ´n life

And so the village wakes
There´s joy it´s all around
The men, their wives and kids
In harmony of life

Someone´s coming near
Through forest trees the kingsent knights
The voices once have sung
The same that now scream in pain

It cost us many lives
The greed of men who don´t know life
They take my man away
My father could just look into my eyes

Won´t you return?

The wounds that bleeds inside us
Retain anger deep
In the core of our souls
No one would dare to face them
They would rather bend
´cos silence is shelter

Silence´s no shelter, stupid illusion

Of those who believe they can be safe this way
I´ve felt what true freedom means
Freedom begins from inside
We shouldn´t be so passive
And accept things as they come

The wounds that bleed inside us
Make you realize you´re
Majesty of your own
The world remains in silence
I know i don´t fit
You can be proud of your son

We kept the essence of life
