Lunar Eclipse

Illuminating the darkest night
Soothing the worried, drowning all fright
Filling the heads with a light so warm
Thanks to her we fear no harm

Fill us with light, and your endless might
We will follow forever, praise you all together

But sometimes the sky is black
Gone is the godess, will she be back?
Lifting our hands as we stand and stare
Praying for her return in despair

Gone is the light, and her endless might
Will we be lost forever? Doomed all together?

But suddenly the light is here again
Fall to your knees all you children, women and men
There is no other but her that we can trust
Lying here with our heads deep in the dust
