It's friday night into the city
They rather turn it up
You know as trying to impose
When you get this unrestricted feeling before the time to go
Straight ahead you'll find yourself alone

But it's all over now
And I wish that there was something that you could do about

It's simple how things start
Maybe as simple as they fall apart
And you know it won't end well
But to hold yourself is twice as hard
You said "Hey where are we going"
