Insomnia

Wrapped with darkness i try to close my eyes
Why can't i fall asleep?
To delight in a variety of dreams,
Which penetrate consciousness
Turning into reality
Every night filled with possession
With insomnia killing dreams
All i hear are whispers and sounds hurting my ears
Fears which drive nails into my soul
Abused with silence, darkness and thousands of thoughts
Gathering in my head
I look at the clock, the hands are motionless
Slumber comes, slumber which will last forever
Slowly and unceasingly, my eyelids close
Finally i close my eyes... forever.
