A Hollow Crown

Iron boots on bleeding stone
I walk where kings once sat alone
Their banners rot, their thrones are dust
But still they preach in broken trust

The gold they wear is forged from lies
A kingdom ruled by alibis
No justice lives where silence thrives
But I return, and walk alive

They carved my name from every wall
Then cursed the echo of my fall
But whispers bloom in shattered halls
And now I march, though none dare call

Let them kneel for a change
The fire walks without a chain
No sword can halt this reckoning
No crown survives the flame
Their silence crowned me once in pain
Now let them choke on hollow reign

Their justice wears a grieving face
But hides the blade beneath its grace
I carry wounds they can't erase
Proof I have outrun disgrace

I am no queen, I seek no throne
