Crimson Testament

This is a uncrying testament to guide the path
No name remained to echo back
But still I climbed, through storm and scar
To find the place where endings are

No angels sang, no demons wept
No crown restored
What silence kept
Yet breath by breath, I rose again
From ash
From bone, beyond the end

I do not march for heaven's gate
Nor fall beneath the weight of hate
I walk alone, (through flame and dust)
Not seeking power, only trust

Let the stars forget my name
Let no one praise, let none remain
The fire knows, the silence speaks
What swords destroy, the soul completes
No thrones, no tombs, no sacred land
Just who I am and where I stand

The world still spins, the myths still grow
But truth survives in undertow
I needed not their final word
My steps alone were always heard

I do not beg for fate to see
What I became was always me
Let every wound, (and flame, and fall)
Declare: I lived beyond it all

Let no stone mark what I became
Let silence carry forth the flame
What shattered me, rebuilt me whole
Not in the flesh, but in the soul
No temple, (crown, or last lament)
Just this: My crimson testament
Neither glory nor end, only permanence
